The B360-13-F is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode designed for general commercial applications. It offers a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified forward current of 3A. The forward voltage drop is typically 700mV maximum at 3A forward current, and the reverse leakage current is limited to 0.1mA at 60V. The device can handle surge overload currents up to 125A peak, making it robust for power transient protection.
This rectifier is built with guard ring die construction for transient protection and low power loss. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C and has a junction capacitance of 200pF at 4V and 1MHz. The Schottky technology provides fast switching performance suitable for high-frequency circuits.
Packaged in a surface mount SMC (DO-214AB) case with matte tin finish terminals, the device is designed for automated assembly. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 pieces. The part is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and rated for moisture sensitivity level 1.
