B360-13

The B360-13 is a 3.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for low voltage, high frequency applications such as polarity protection, freewheeling, and switching diodes. The device offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified current of 3A. The forward voltage is typically 700mV at 3A, which contributes to low power loss and high efficiency. The reverse current is limited to 0.1mA at rated voltage and room temperature. Additionally, the device can handle a peak forward surge current of 125A. The junction capacitance is 200pF at 4V, 1MHz, suitable for high frequency operation. The operating junction temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. The device is packaged in a surface mount SMC (DO-214AB) case, with matte tin plated terminals and a cathode band polarity indicator.
