The B350B-13-F is a 3.0A surface mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed for low voltage, high frequency applications and offers a maximum DC blocking voltage of 50V and an average rectified current of 3A. The forward voltage is typically 700mV at 3A, and the device can handle a peak forward surge current of 100A (8.3ms single half sine-wave).
This rectifier features a guard ring die construction for transient protection and is ideally suited for automated assembly. It is fully RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen and antimony free ("Green" device). The junction capacitance is typically 200pF at 4V and 1MHz, and the operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
