The B340B-13-F is a 40V, 3A Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for surface mount applications. It is housed in a compact SMB (DO-214AA) package with a molded plastic case rated UL 94V-0.
This rectifier offers a low forward voltage drop of 500 mV at 3 A, which minimizes power loss and improves efficiency in low-voltage, high-frequency circuits. It can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current of 100 A, providing robust transient protection.
The device is fully RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free, and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive applications. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 units per reel and has an MSL of Level 1.
