The B340AQ-13-F is a 3.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, part of the B320AQ-B360AQ series. It offers a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V and a low forward voltage drop of 500mV maximum at 3A. The reverse leakage current is 0.5mA maximum at rated VRRM, and typical reverse recovery time is 14ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications. The device features a guard ring die construction for transient protection and is designed for use in low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling diodes, DC-DC converters, and polarity protection circuits.
