The B330LA-E3/61T is a Schottky rectifier diode from Vishay General Semiconductor, designed for high current density surface-mount applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward rectified current of 3A. The forward voltage drop is typically 0.50V at 3A, enabling low power losses and high efficiency. The device offers a peak forward surge current capability of 65A (8.3ms single half sine-wave) and a maximum reverse current of 0.5mA at rated voltage and 25°C. It is housed in a compact SMA (DO-214AC) package with matte tin plated leads, suitable for automated placement. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C. Typical applications include low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling diodes, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection. The device is RoHS3 compliant and meets MSL level 1 (unlimited).
