The B330A-13-F is a 3.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, part of the B320A-B360A series. It has a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 30V and an average rectified output current (IO) of 3A at +100°C with resistive or inductive load. The forward voltage (VF) is a maximum of 500mV at 3A, and reverse leakage current (IR) is 0.5mA at 30V. The device can handle a non-repetitive peak forward surge current (IFSM) of 80A for 8.3ms.
This rectifier is designed for low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC-DC converters, and polarity protection applications. It features guard ring die construction for transient protection and is ideally suited for automated assembly. The device is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability.
