The TDK B32656S7105K563 is a wound metallized polypropylene (PP) film capacitor from the B32656S series. It is rated at 1 µF capacitance with ±10% tolerance and a DC voltage rating of 1250 V (1.25 kV) with an AC rating of 500 V. The capacitor is designed for snubber applications, offering low equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 6 mΩ and very low inductance (low ESL) for high pulse strength.
This capacitor uses screw terminals with tinned copper or brass strap leads, and a 57.00 mm lead spacing. The rectangular box case is made of plastic with UL 94 V-0 flammability rating and epoxy resin sealing. It supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 100°C and meets climatic category 55/100/56 per IEC 60068-1.
The capacitor is RoHS-compatible (RoHS3 compliant as per datasheet) and is AEC-Q200 qualified on request. It is delivered in bulk packaging and is suitable for IGBT snubber circuits and other high-voltage DC snubbering needs.
