The B320A-13-F is a 3.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 20V and a low forward voltage drop of 0.50V at 3A, making it suitable for low-voltage, high-frequency applications such as DC-DC converters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection circuits. The device is built with guard ring die construction for transient protection and is ideally suited for automated assembly.
Key electrical characteristics include a peak forward surge current of 80A (8.3ms single half sine-wave) and a junction capacitance of 200pF at 4V. The operating temperature range spans -55°C to +150°C. The B320A-13-F is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability and is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free (green device).
The rectifier is packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount case with matte-tin plated terminals and a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. Supplied in tape and reel packaging with 5000 pieces per reel.
