The B3100-13-F is a 3.0A high voltage Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum DC blocking voltage of 100V and an average rectified output current of 3A (TC=90°C). The forward voltage is 790 mV maximum at 3A and 25°C, with a lower 690 mV maximum at 100°C. Leakage current is 0.5 mA maximum at rated voltage and 25°C, increasing to 20 mA at 100°C.
