The JST B2P-VH(LF)(SN) is a 2-position, single row male pin header from the JST VH connector family. It features a 3.96mm pitch with a shrouded design (1 wall) and a locking ramp fastening system for secure mating. The header is rated for 10A AC/DC current (AWG #16) and 250V AC/DC voltage, operating over a temperature range of -25°C to +85°C.
Contact material is brass with a tin finish, providing initial contact resistance of 10 mΩ max and 20 mΩ max after environmental testing. Insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ min with a withstanding voltage of 1500 VAC/minute. The insulation is made of polyamide (PA66/Nylon 6/6) in natural color, rated UL94 V-0 for flammability.
This through-hole header uses solder termination and has an insulation height of 9.40mm with an overall contact length of 14.60mm. It is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications and is compatible with AWG #22 to #16 wire using the corresponding VH receptacle contacts.
