The JST B2B-PH-SM3-TB is a 2 position single row surface mount shrouded header from the PH series. It features a 2.00mm pitch and is designed for board to cable/wire connections. The connector has a fully shrouded 4 wall design to prevent improper mating and protect against flux and contaminants. This header is rated for 2A of current and 100V AC/DC. Contact resistance is 10 mΩ maximum initial and 20 mΩ maximum after environmental testing. Insulation resistance is 1000 MΩ minimum and withstanding voltage is 800V AC for 1 minute. The header is made with a copper alloy contact material finished with Tin-Lead and a polyamide (PA46) Nylon 4/6 insulator rated UL94 V-0. It operates over a temperature range of -25°C to 85°C. The surface mount configuration with solder retention features allows for accurate placement and reliable soldering. The applicable PC board thickness is 0.8mm to 1.6mm.
