The B290-13-F is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low power loss and high efficiency.
Key electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage (Vrrm) of 90V, an average rectified output current (Io) of 2A at +125°C, and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current (Ifsm) of 50A.
