The B260AF-13 is a 2.0A Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general rectification applications such as boost, blocking, and recirculating diodes. It offers a maximum DC blocking voltage of 60V and a low forward voltage drop of 0.65V at 2A and 25°C, contributing to improved efficiency and cooler operation.
This device features a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.20 mA at rated voltage and 25°C, and a non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating of 50A. The Schottky technology enables fast switching with reverse recovery time typically under 500 ns. Typical capacitance is 80 pF at 4V reverse bias.
The B260AF-13 is housed in a compact SMAF surface-mount package (also known as DO-221AC) with matte tin annealed terminations over a copper leadframe. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen and antimony free (Green device), and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 per J-STD-020. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
