The B260-13-F is a 2.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and a forward voltage of 700 mV at 2A. The device has a high surge overload rating of 50A peak, making it suitable for low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications. The Schottky technology provides fast switching speed (less than 500ns) and low power loss. Housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) package, the component is designed for automated assembly and high-temperature soldering up to +260°C. The device is RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability. The operating temperature range is -65°C to +150°C.
