The B260-13 is a 2A surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low-power, high-frequency applications. It features a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 60V and an average rectified forward current of 2A. The forward voltage is typically 700 mV at 2A, and the junction capacitance is 200 pF at 4V and 1 MHz.
This rectifier offers a fast recovery characteristic with a reverse recovery time of 500 ns maximum at 200 mA.
