The TDK B25667C4237A375 is a three-phase, delta-connected power factor correction capacitor from the PhaseCap Premium series. It has a nominal capacitance of 77 µF per phase with a tolerance of -5%/+10% and a rated voltage of 440V AC. The capacitor delivers 14.2 kvar at 50 Hz and 17 kvar at 60 Hz, with rated currents of 19 A and 22 A respectively.
The dielectric is polypropylene film, and the capacitor is gas-impregnated (dry type, non-PCB). It features self-healing technology and a triple safety system. The dissipation factor is low at 0.2 W/kvar, and the equivalent series resistance is 4.17 mΩ at 50 Hz. The capacitor can withstand maximum voltages of 480V AC for up to 8 hours daily and 570V AC for 1 minute.
Mechanically, it is housed in an extruded round aluminum can with a threaded M12 stud for chassis mounting. The terminals are a safety terminal block. The can diameter is 116 mm, height 164 mm, and weight 1.3 kg. It is naturally air-cooled and suitable for indoor mounting in any position.
