The B250FS is a fast recovery single phase bridge rectifier from Diotec Semiconductor, designed for medium frequency rectification applications. It features a repetitive peak reverse voltage (VRRM) of 600 V and an average rectified output current (IFAV) of 1 A under resistive load (0.8 A under capacitive load) at 50°C. The forward voltage drop is typically less than 1.3 V at 1 A, and the reverse recovery time is a fast 300 ns typical.
