The B250-13-F is a 2.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50V and an average rectified forward current of 2A. The forward voltage is 700mV at 2A, and it can handle a peak forward surge current of 50A.
This device is designed for low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection applications. It has a fast reverse recovery time of less than 500ns. The junction capacitance is 200pF at 4V and 1MHz.
The diode is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) surface mount package with matte tin termination finish. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free (Green), and qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for automotive applications. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
