The B250-13 is a 2.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a guard ring die construction for transient protection and is ideally suited for automated assembly. Key electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 50V, average rectified current of 2A, and a typical forward voltage of 700mV at 2A. The device offers a surge overload rating of 50A peak and a junction capacitance of 200pF at 4V, 1MHz. It is designed for low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, free-wheeling, and polarity protection applications. The B250-13 is housed in a DO-214AA (SMB) package, surface mountable, and supports operating temperatures from -65°C to 150°C.
