The B240S1F-7 is a 2.0A Schottky barrier rectifier with a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 40V. It features a maximum forward voltage of 0.5V at 2A and 25°C, and a maximum reverse leakage current of 0.2mA at 25°C. The device is designed for general rectification applications such as boost diodes, blocking diodes, and recirculating diodes. Its low forward voltage drop improves efficiency and reduces operating temperature, while the excellent reverse leakage stability enhances reliability in high-temperature operation. The rectifier is housed in a surface-mount SOD-123F package with molded plastic case material rated UL 94V-0. The terminals are matte tin annealed over copper leadframe, solderable per MIL-STD-202, Method 208. The device is RoHS compliant, lead-free, and halogen-free. It is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3,000 pieces per reel.
