The B220A-13-F is a 2.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It features a guard ring die construction for transient protection and is ideally suited for automated assembly. Key electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 20V, an average rectified current of 2A, and a low forward voltage drop of 500mV at 2A. The device offers fast recovery time (≤500ns, >200mA) and a junction capacitance of 200pF at 4V, 1MHz.
This Schottky diode is housed in a molded plastic DO-214AC (SMA) case with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and matte tin plated terminals.
