The B220-13-F is a 2.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 20V and a typical forward voltage of 500mV at 2A forward current. The device is designed for low power loss and high efficiency, with a peak forward surge current rating of 50A.
This rectifier uses guard ring die construction for transient protection and is ideally suited for automated assembly. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 standards for high reliability and is halogen and antimony free.
