The B2100Q-13-F is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general-purpose commercial and automotive applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and an average forward current rating of 2A. The forward voltage drop is 0.79V maximum at 2A, with low reverse leakage current of 7µA at 100V. The diode has a junction capacitance of 75pF at 4V and 1MHz, and a peak surge current rating of 50A. It operates over a junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C.
The device is housed in a surface-mount DO-214AA (SMB) package with matte tin termination finish. It is RoHS3 compliant, halogen-free, and AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive use.
