The B180Q-13-F is a 1.0A high voltage Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, featuring a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 80V. It delivers a maximum forward voltage of 790mV at 1A and a reverse current of 0.5mA. The device offers fast recovery speed (<500ns) and a typical junction capacitance of 80pF at 4V, 1MHz, making it suitable for high frequency switching applications.
The guard ring die construction provides transient protection and enhances reliability. The diode is designed for low power loss and high efficiency in circuits such as polarity protection, freewheeling, and blocking diodes. It is also suitable for DC-DC and AC-DC converters.
