The B180-13-F is a high-voltage Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for efficient power conversion in low-voltage, high-frequency applications. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 80 V and an average rectified current of 1 A, with a low forward voltage drop of 790 mV at 1 A to minimize power loss. The device exhibits fast recovery (≤500 ns) for high-speed switching and a low junction capacitance of 80 pF at 4 V, making it suitable for DC-DC converters, AC-DC rectification, and polarity protection circuits.
Encased in a compact DO-214AC (SMA) surface mount package, the B180-13-F supports -65°C to 150°C operating temperature range and is rated for soldering up to +260°C. The guard ring die construction provides transient protection, while the matte tin terminal finish ensures solderability per MIL-STD-202. This component is halogen and antimony free, meeting green device requirements, with lead-free finish verified from the datasheet.
