The B160B-13-F is a 1.0A surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 60V and a maximum forward voltage of 0.7V at 1A at 25°C. The device is capable of handling a peak forward surge current of 30A. Reverse current is a maximum of 0.5mA at rated VRRM and 25°C. Typical junction capacitance is 110pF at 4V and 1MHz.
This Schottky rectifier uses guard ring die construction for transient protection and is designed for low power loss and high efficiency. It is suitable for use in polarity protection, recirculating, and switching diode applications. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
The B160B-13-F is packaged in the DO-214AA (SMB) surface-mount package. The device is RoHS3 compliant, lead free (matte tin finish), and halogen and antimony free (Green device). Moisture sensitivity is Level 1 per J-STD-020. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 3000 pieces.
