The B160-E3/5AT is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Vishay Dale. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 60V and an average forward current of 1A. This Schottky diode incorporates guardring for overvoltage protection and offers high surge capability.
