The B160-13-F is a 1.0A surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 60V and a forward voltage drop of 0.7V at 1A and 25°C. The device is designed for low power loss and high efficiency, making it suitable for polarity protection, recirculating, and switching diode applications.
This rectifier includes a guard ring die construction for transient protection and is ideally suited for automated assembly. It offers a surge overload rating of up to 30A peak. The part is housed in an SMA (DO-214AC) package with a matte tin finish and is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free.
Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C. Typical capacitance is 110pF at 4V and 1MHz. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 5000 units.
