The B150-13-F is a Schottky barrier rectifier designed for general-purpose commercial applications. It is ideally suited for use as polarity protection diodes, recirculating diodes, and switching diodes.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 50V, average rectified current of 1A, and maximum forward voltage of 0.7V at 1A and 25°C. Reverse current is limited to 0.5mA at 25°C, and the device can handle a peak forward surge current of 30A. Typical junction capacitance is 110pF at 4V and 1MHz.
The device is housed in a surface-mount DO-214AC (SMA) package with molded plastic rated UL 94V-0. It is lead-free, RoHS compliant, and halogen-free. Moisture sensitivity is Level 1 per J-STD-020.
Engineering features include a guard ring die construction for enhanced transient protection. The device is suitable for low-voltage, high-frequency inverters, freewheeling diodes, and polarity protection applications. Operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
