The B140S1F-7 is a 1.0A Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for general rectification applications such as boost diodes, blocking diodes, and recirculating diodes. It offers a low forward voltage drop (VF max 0.5V at 1A, +25°C) and excellent reverse leakage stability at high temperatures, with maximum reverse leakage of 0.2mA at rated VRRM. The device is housed in a surface-mount SOD123F package, with matte tin annealed over copper leadframe terminals. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free (Green device), and has a moisture sensitivity level of 1 (unlimited). The operating temperature range is -55°C to +150°C. Typical thermal resistance is 100°C/W junction-to-ambient and 50°C/W junction-to-case. The part is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 3000 pieces per reel.
