The B140B-13-F from Diodes Incorporated is a 1.0A surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for general-purpose commercial applications. It features a maximum repetitive peak reverse voltage of 40V and a low forward voltage drop of 500mV at 1A, making it suitable for low-voltage, high-frequency circuits. The device offers a fast recovery time classification of ≤500ns at >200mA, and a typical junction capacitance of 110pF at 4V.
This rectifier is built with guard ring die construction for transient protection and is ideally suited for automated assembly.
