The B130LB-13 is a Schottky barrier rectifier diode from Diodes Incorporated designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. Its Schottky barrier chip and guard ring die construction provide fast switching and transient protection.
Electrical characteristics include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30 V and average rectified output current of 2.0 A at 110°C or 1.0 A at 120°C. The non-repetitive peak forward surge current is 40 A. Typical forward voltage is 0.395 V at 1.0 A and 0.445 V at 2.0 A. Reverse leakage current is 1.0 mA at 25°C and 20 mA at 100°C. Total capacitance is 90 pF at 4 V and 1 MHz.
