The B130LAW-7-F is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It is rated for a maximum average forward current of 1A and a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 30V. The device features a very low forward voltage drop of 420 mV at 1A forward current, minimizing power loss. The reverse recovery time is less than 500 ns, enabling fast switching.
This rectifier is housed in a compact SOD-123 package, suitable for surface mount assembly. The package is molded plastic with UL 94V-0 flammability rating and is lead-free and RoHS compliant. The device is also halogen and antimony free, making it a green component. The junction capacitance is 40 pF at 10V, which is suitable for high frequency circuits.
