The B130L-13 from Diodes Incorporated is a 1.0A surface mount Schottky barrier rectifier designed for low power loss and high efficiency. It features a maximum peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 30V and an average rectified forward current (IO) of 1A at +105°C. The forward voltage is typically 410mV at 1A, and it can handle non-repetitive peak surge currents up to 25A. Reverse recovery time is 500ns maximum, and typical junction capacitance is 110pF at 4V. The device operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
The rectifier is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) package, rated MSL Level 1 per J-STD-020, and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with a standard quantity of 5000 pieces. It is RoHS compliant, halogen and antimony free ('Green' device), and features a lead-free matte tin finish. The construction includes a guard ring for transient protection and it is ideally suited for automated assembly.
