The B130-E3/61T is a surface-mount Schottky barrier rectifier from Vishay General Semiconductor, rated for a maximum repetitive reverse voltage of 30V and an average forward current of 1A. It features a low forward voltage drop of 0.52V at 1A, enhancing efficiency in low-voltage applications. With a peak surge current capability of 30A (8.3 ms single half sine-wave) and a maximum junction temperature of 125°C, it can handle demanding conditions.
The device incorporates guardring for overvoltage protection and offers high surge capability. It is designed for use in low voltage, high frequency inverters, freewheeling, DC/DC converters, and polarity protection circuits. The fast switching speed qualifies for high-frequency operation.
Packaged in a DO-214AC (SMA) case with matte tin plated leads, it is RoHS compliant (E3 suffix) and meets MSL level 1 per J-STD-020, with a maximum peak reflow temperature of 260°C. The compact surface-mount profile is ideal for automated placement.
