The B120-13-F from Diodes Incorporated is a 1.0A surface-mount Schottky Barrier Rectifier designed for general commercial applications. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 20V and an average rectified current of 1A. The forward voltage is a low 0.5V at 1A forward current, contributing to high efficiency and low power loss. Reverse leakage current is limited to 0.5mA at 25°C. The device features a junction capacitance of 110pF at 4V and 1MHz, and a fast recovery time of ≤500ns for currents above 200mA.
