The JST B11B-PH-K-S is a 11-position, single-row, 2.00mm pitch fully shrouded header designed for board-to-cable/wire internal connections. It features male pins with square brass contacts and a detent lock fastening mechanism for secure mating.
Electrical specifications include a 2A current rating (AWG #24), 100V AC/DC voltage rating, contact resistance of 10mΩ initial (20mΩ after environmental testing), insulation resistance of 1,000MΩ min, and withstanding voltage of 800V AC/minute. The operating temperature range is -25°C to +85°C.
Key design features: fully shrouded 4-wall construction prevents mis-mating and contamination ingress. A PC board retention mechanism on the solder side prevents floating during soldering. The header is compatible with AWG #32 to #24 wire and applicable PC board thickness of 0.8 to 1.6mm. Termination is through-hole with press-fit and solder options.
