The B1100LB-13-F is a 100V, 1A Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for low voltage, high frequency applications. It features a guard ring die construction for transient protection and is ideally suited for automated assembly.
This rectifier offers a low forward voltage drop of 0.75V at 1A and a high surge overload rating of 50A peak. Its reverse leakage current is 0.5mA at 25°C and 5mA at 100°C. The device has a total capacitance of 100pF at 4V, 1MHz.
