The B1100LB-13 is a 1.0A high voltage Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, featuring a 100V peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) and an average rectified output current of 2.0A (at 100°C) or 1.0A (at 120°C). It has a low forward voltage of 0.75V maximum at 1A, making it suitable for high efficiency applications. The device is built with guard ring die construction for transient protection and offers a surge overload rating of 50A peak. Its reverse leakage current is 0.5mA maximum at 25°C and 5.0mA maximum at 100°C. The total capacitance is 100pF at 4V and 1MHz. It is housed in a surface mount SMB case (DO-214AA) with matte tin lead-free termination and a green molding compound free of halogens and antimony for date codes 0924 and newer. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 175°C.
