The B1100B-13-F is a 1.0A high voltage Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated, designed for applications requiring low forward voltage drop and fast switching. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 100V and a forward voltage of only 790mV at 1A, contributing to high efficiency and reduced power loss.
This rectifier is housed in a surface-mount SMB (DO-214AA) package with a matte tin finish and is rated for an operating junction temperature range of -65°C to 150°C. The device is RoHS3 compliant, halogen- and antimony-free, and qualified to JEDEC standards for high reliability.
