The B1100-13-F is a 1.0A high voltage Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a maximum reverse voltage (VRRM) of 100V and a maximum average rectified current (IO) of 1A. The forward voltage drop is a maximum of 0.79V at 1A, and the reverse leakage current is a maximum of 0.5mA at +25°C. The device offers fast switching speed with a recovery time of ≤500ns and a typical junction capacitance of 80pF at 4V, 1MHz.
Designed for automated assembly, the B1100-13-F is housed in a surface mount DO-214AC (SMA) package with matte tin plated terminals and a cathode band polarity indicator.
