The B1100-13 is a 1.0A high voltage Schottky barrier rectifier from Diodes Incorporated. It features a Schottky barrier chip with guard ring die construction for transient protection. The device is ideally suited for automatic assembly and offers low power loss with high efficiency.
Key electrical characteristics include a peak repetitive reverse voltage of 100V, average rectified output current of 1A, and a typical forward voltage of 0.79V at 1A and 25°C. The non-repetitive peak forward surge current rating is 30A for an 8.3ms single half sine-wave. Maximum reverse current is 0.5mA at 25°C and 5mA at 100°C.
