The JST B03P-VL is a 3-position, single row, 6.2mm pitch header from the VL series. It features male pin contacts made of copper alloy with a tin finish, housed in a natural polyamide (PA66/Nylon 6/6) insulator. The connector is fully shrouded with a 4-wall design and includes a latch holder for secure mating.
This header is rated for 20A current and 600V voltage, with an operating temperature range of -25°C to +90°C. It is designed for board-to-cable/wire applications and supports wire sizes AWG #22 to #12. The contact resistance is 7 mΩ maximum initial, and insulation resistance is 1,000 MΩ minimum. The withstanding voltage is 2,000 VAC for one minute.
The B03P-VL is through hole mounted with solder termination. The insulation material has a UL94 V-0 flammability rating. The applicable PC board thickness is 1.6 mm.
