The AZ1065-06Q from Amazing Micro is an ultra low capacitance ESD protection array designed for high speed I/O ports. It integrates surge rated diode arrays with a unique clamping cell equivalent to a TVS diode, all in a single MSOP-8L package.
This device protects up to six I/O lines and one VDD line against electrostatic discharge (ESD) events. It meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 requirements with ±15kV air discharge and ±8kV contact discharge. The ultra low capacitance of 0.35pF max ensures signal integrity for high speed data interfaces operating above 5Gb/s.
Key design features include fast turn-on, low clamping voltage, and back-drive protection for power-down mode. It utilizes solid-state silicon-avalanche and active circuit triggering technology for reliable ESD suppression. The part is green/RoHS compliant.
