The AZ1045-04F is a unidirectional ESD protection diode array designed for high-speed data line protection. It integrates four Zener-type TVS diodes in a compact DFN2510-10L package. Key electrical characteristics include a reverse stand-off voltage of 5V, typical breakdown voltage of 6V at 1mA, and a low leakage current of 100µA at 5V. The device offers a peak pulse power of 60W (8/20µs) and a peak pulse current of 4.5A. Clamping voltage is typically 13V at 4A (8/20µs) and 22V at 16A (TLP). With ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.2pF (I/O to I/O) and 0.4pF (I/O to GND), it is suitable for high-speed interfaces such as USB 3.0, HDMI 2.0, and DisplayPort. The device meets IEC 61000-4-2 ESD immunity with ±20kV contact and ±25kV air discharge levels. It is housed in a surface-mount DFN2510-10L package (2.5mm x 1.0mm) with a 10-lead UFDFN footprint. The package is RoHS compliant and rated UL 94V-0 for flammability. Operating temperature range is -55°C to 85°C (case) with a junction temperature range of -55°C to 125°C. The device is supplied in tape and reel packaging.
