AX250-FG484

The Actel AX250-FG484 is a high-performance FPGA belonging to the Axcelerator family. It is manufactured using an advanced 0.15 μm CMOS antifuse process technology and features up to 2 million equivalent system gates, 684 I/Os, and 10,752 dedicated flip-flops. This device offers a system performance of 350+ MHz and an internal performance of 500+ MHz, with capable I/Os supporting up to 700 Mb/s LVDS. The core voltage is 1.5V, designed for low power consumption. It supports flexible, multi-standard I/Os including LVTTL, LVCMOS, 3.3V PCI, 3.3 V PCI-X, LVPECL, and LVDS, with mixed voltage operation from 1.5V to 3.3V across 8 banks per chip. The FPGA is housed in a 484-pin FBGA package and is supplied in trays.

This nonvolatile, single-chip solution is designed for applications requiring high gate density and performance. It boasts up to 100% resource utilization with 100% pin locking, making it suitable for complex designs. The embedded SRAM/FIFO capacity is up to 295 kbits, supporting high-performance embedded FIFOs.
