The Abracon AWSZT-20.00MXD-T is a ceramic resonator designed for use as a clock source in microprocessor and consumer electronics applications. It operates at a nominal frequency of 20 MHz with a frequency tolerance of ±0.5% and frequency stability of ±0.3% over the operating temperature range of -20°C to +85°C.
This resonator has a low resonant impedance of 40 Ω and requires a load capacitance of 5 pF ±20%. It is rated for a maximum voltage of 15 Vp-p and has an insulation resistance of 100 MΩ minimum. The device is housed in a compact 4.7 mm x 4.1 mm x 1.4 mm surface-mount package (1916 / 4741 Metric) and is supplied on tape and reel for automated assembly.
Typical applications include remote controls, mobile phones, DVD and CD-ROM drives, electric appliances, and industrial controllers. The part is IR reflow capable and offers a low-cost solution for stable clock generation.
