The AVR64DB32-I/RXB is an 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR core from Microchip Technology. It offers 64KB of FLASH program memory, 8KB of SRAM, and 512 bytes of EEPROM for data storage. The device runs at a maximum speed of 24 MHz and supports a wide supply voltage range of 1.8V to 5.5V.
This microcontroller includes a rich set of peripherals: 13-channel 12-bit ADC, 1-channel 10-bit DAC, brown-out detect, power-on reset, PWM, and watchdog timer. For communication, it provides I2C, SPI, and UART/USART interfaces. The internal oscillator eliminates the need for an external clock source.
The AVR64DB32-I/RXB is housed in a compact 32-pin VQFN package with an exposed pad for thermal management. It is suitable for surface-mount assembly and operates over an industrial temperature range of -40°C to 85°C.
