The ATXMEGA64D4-AUR is a high-performance, low-power 8/16-bit AVR XMEGA microcontroller from Microchip Technology. It features 64KB of self-programmable Flash memory, 4KB of SRAM, and 2KB of EEPROM, operating at up to 32MHz from 2.7V or 12MHz from 1.6V. The device includes a rich set of peripherals: four 16-bit timer/counters with advanced waveform extension, two USARTs, two SPI interfaces, two I2C interfaces, a 12-channel 12-bit ADC with 200ksps sampling rate, two analog comparators, and a 4-channel event system. It supports five sleep modes, a programmable watchdog timer, and a real-time counter with separate oscillator. The microcontroller is housed in a 44-lead TQFP package (10x10mm) and is surface-mountable.
